A strong fit-out starts well before the first partition is built. The design brief must become clear drawings, materials, quantities and a sequence the site team can follow. AL ASAB brings the design intent and practical delivery into the same conversation.

Define the space and its priorities

Record how the space will be used, who will use it and which elements are essential. Separate must-have functions from optional finishes so the scope can be priced honestly.

Turn the concept into coordinated details

Layouts, ceiling plans, joinery, lighting and MEP routes need to agree with one another. Resolve key dimensions and interfaces on drawings before work reaches the site.

Specify materials and responsibilities

Name finishes, performance requirements, samples, exclusions and approval points. A visual reference alone is not enough to order materials or measure work.

Build a practical sequence

Plan procurement, access, noisy work, inspections and final testing. Review the programme as decisions change, then close the project with a clear snag list and documented handover.
